We want you to be happy!

If you need to return an item, that’s ok.

Generally we don’t normally offer refunds, but we will issue you with a Florence & Frida Credit Voucher (valid for 3 months), or of course an exchange, (subject to stock availability).

Sorry but we can’t offer you this deal on SALE items.

Florence & Frida does NOT offer credit for sale items, wrong choices or change of mind.

Please choose carefully.

Should you wish to return an item, please email or call us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.

Your email will need to include the following information
1. Your name.
2. Your address.
3. Item description & style number (including label and size).
4. Your reason for return.
5. Whether you’d prefer an exchange (if available) or credit.

We will email you back a Return Authorisation Number, as well as details on how and where to send your item.

All Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorisation Number.

All items must be returned by Registered Post, at the customer’s expense.

Return items MUST be odour-free, unworn and in absolute new condition with all swing tags and labels intact.
Please make sure this is the case, otherwise we may refuse you credit or an exchange, and the item will be sent back to you.

All items are checked prior to being dispatched, however if an item should appear faulty, or not as pictured, we will be happy to arrange for it’s return and appropriate refund.

We do not issue Credit Notes, if you:
a)Simply change your mind.
b)Make a wrong decision.
c)Find the same item cheaper elsewhere.

No credit or refund is available for goods that are purchased on sale.

All postage costs to be covered by the customer when returning an item for credit.
